DELIVERY: Short delivery time. 2-5 days. Normally, you will have the goods at your home within 2-5 business days whether you pay by card or choose an invoice. If you choose a prepayment/ Bank Transfer, it will take an extra couple of days when the item (s) is sent only when payment is registered in our account. Weekdays are Monday to Friday, not Saturday, Sunday and holidays. The delivery time of 2-5 business days is valid from you receive an email that the package has been sent from our warehouse in Gan, Lillestrøm.
NOTE: After holidays and after promotions, processing time may take slightly longer than normal. This is due to lower capacity / closed operations due to holidays with us and our shipping and delivery partners. The post may have internal delays that are unforeseen. If you have not received the package within 12 business days, we will arrange compensation in form of resending the same item (s) or refund your payment.
We reserve the right to cancel the item (s) from placed order (s) if the goods may be sold out without being notified in the online store, and that there may be delays from suppliers that go beyond the stated delivery time. If you order items that we have run out of stock and we will not be able to procure them in a short time, you will be notified by mail or on your own sheet with the package. If something is urgent for you then give us a message about it when you place your order and we will try and help you. Please note that in case of delayed delivery you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive the refund.
ADDRESS: As a customer you are responsible for the correct address listed on your order. Shipments returned due to incorrect address can be re-sent for an extra shipping charges. If you no longer want the shipment thus cancel your order and you will get refund after deduction of the total amount of shipping and administration charges.
SHIPPING AND FEES: Shipping cost mentioned against each item. You can also place special shipping instructions, for example, gift packaging, urgent, Time window; and cost will be added as per placed instructions. You can also find special shipping concessions. Shipments to Svalbard and across borders have different shipping terms and conditions which should be agreed before confirmation of order (s).You can pick up shipment from Fetveien 1202, 1903 Gan after agreement so shipment cost can be saved.
NO CUSTOMS: Lmnara AS is a Norwegian company and maintain stocks in Norway. You therefore pay no duty.
Shipments outside Norway are subjected to duties and freights as per destination.
PAYMENT: We have 6 different payment methods you can choose from:
1. Direct bank transfer. Prepaid bank account. Pay the total amount for the goods to our account number 1506 21 89514. Mark the payment with your name and order number.
2. Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard). It is safe to shop with us and no one can read your card number.
4. Klarna Invoice – Pay within 14 days. Deal with your social security number. Begin by choosing Klarna’s billing option in the checkout. Enter your Social Security number to complete the purchase. It will then do an automatic micro-lookup which takes approx. one second. We do the posting to verify the personal data and approve the purchase. Invoice will be sent to you by mail when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. If you need to postpone the due date on the invoice, or freeze the invoice because you will return an item, you can easily do this by logging on to www.klarna.no.
5. Klarna Account – split the payment to fit your finances.Here you can choose how much you want to pay each month. Another benefit is that you get all your purchases from Klarna in one account. 6. Pay from Vipps at Lmnara (Gan).
RETURNS: You can return unopened and unused products to us through Norges Pakken within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Return should be notified before dispatch.
CLAIMS / RETURN OF GOODS: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on products purchased. If you wish to return all or part of your order, please contact customer service for return labels. When the return is received, we will refund you the amount you paid for the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the products to be returned properly so that they arrive at us in good condition. Note that any seal of the product must not be broken. The product must also not be used / tested. The item must be returned with all the associated product (packaging and labeling).
If you have received the wrong goods, we will bear the cost for return and sending you correct order. The faulty item must be sent back (possibly image for defective goods) before the correct item can be dispatched. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com or by calling 970 70 407. Remember to have your order number available when you contact us.
Missing Items to be reported within 5 days from the delivery received by the customer mentioning order number. In case missing item is not in stock so customer reserves the right for the refund of subjected item or can get replacement with a same value.
Lmnara AS will bear the freight cost for replenishment of damaged, wrong or missing items and deliver the item(s) within 2-5 days after getting resolution of issue(s).

Conflict resolution: Complaints are addressed to the Lmnara AS and please refer to the Claims/ Return of goods section. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the customer can contact the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on telephone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
The European Commission’s complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
CUSTOMER INFO: Information you provide us will not be disclosed, it will only be available to people associated with Lmnara AS. You can request that information about you be deleted at any time.
DISCOUNT COUPONS: Discount coupons are not valid on already discounted goods / value deals / sales.
AGE LIMIT: If you are a minor, the agreement must be approved by the parents. A binding purchase agreement can only be entered into with persons over the age of 15. Credit purchases can only be made with persons over 18 years of age.
We at Lmnara AS wish you happy shopping! Note: We reserve the right to allow image / print / printing errors to occur. The correct presentation of colors and shades is a high priority for us, but it is the customer’s own computer and display settings that determine how it is displayed with each one. We therefore cannot guarantee that the images reproduce the real color of the product with 100% certainty.
